We are all infected with the virus whether it’s in my body or not, the virus infects my life. The virus tells me where I can go, who and what I should touch, what I wear and, in all, how I live.

What shall I call this virus; COVID19, racism, classism, hate for the “other”, egocentricity?

What I’ve come to be absolutely clear about is that I’m connected to all people. We are inextricably connected to each other and it’s not voluntary. We affect and infect everyone with our virus.

My Prayer is that I be an agent of healing that can affect all I’m connected to.
